President Samia Suluhu Hassan, at the 10th anniversary of the Women Leadership Programme hosted by the Association of Tanzania Employers, urged women to break barriers, participate in elections, and prove their leadership potential.

She encouraged them to support one another, take active roles in decision-making, and shape Tanzania’s future through determination and action.

At the same event, Violet Mordichai, a board member at Stanbic Bank, highlighted initiatives empowering women in business and urged them to take charge of their careers. She emphasized that leadership is not about waiting for opportunities but about creating them.
