MPs, stakeholders laud Dodoma vehicles’ show

LAWMAKERS and transport stakeholders have expressed satisfaction with the three-day vehicles’ exhibition in Dodoma, highlighting its showcase of modern transport technologies.

The event provided a crucial platform for stakeholders, including government institutions, transport agencies, and individual visitors, to explore innovative automotive solutions aimed at transforming Tanzania's transportation sector.

At the exhibition’s climax, Kahama Urban MP Jumanne Kishimba praised the event, saying: “The exhibition has opened our eyes to cutting-edge technologies in the transport sector. Isuzu’s commitment to quality and reliability aligns with our goals to enhance public transportation and infrastructure development nationwide.”

Tourism stakeholder Elibariki Lekule noted: “This exhibition exceeded my expectations. Isuzu’s robust models offer viable options for our operational needs in the tourism sector, ensuring smoother service delivery.”

Sandra Njagi, Export Manager for Isuzu East Africa, expressed gratitude to the Tanzanian government for supporting Isuzu vehicles. She acknowledged the Speaker of Parliament and the strong turnout of MPs, promising regular exhibitions to strengthen ties with governmental partners and advance the transportation sector.

Njagi emphasised that the positive feedback from attendees set a new standard for showcasing innovative transport solutions, promising an exciting future for Tanzania’s transportation sector.

Anurup Chatterjee, General Manager of Al Mansour Auto EA Tanzania, highlighted the exhibition’s importance: “This event enlightened attendees about Isuzu’s latest offerings, designed to meet diverse transportation needs. Over three days, we showcased durable, reliable vehicles tailored for various sectors.”

Chatterjee expressed gratitude to stakeholders, including government officials and the Speaker of the National Assembly, for their support. He noted that attendees experienced an impressive vehicle display designed for public infrastructure development, agricultural transport, security operations, and essential services in health and education.
