COCA-COLA Beverages Africa (CCBA) in Tanzania is one of only eight companies that have been certified as a top employer for 2025 based on the results of the Top Employers Institute’s HR best practices survey.

The survey results which were announced early this week by the Top Employers Institute showed that CCBA was certified as a top employer at both regional and country level—for operations in Uganda, South Africa, Tanzania and Ethiopia.

“CCBA’s continued market success in Tanzania and our status as the largest bottler on the continent manufacturing the beloved Coca-Cola brands, are other key differentiators,” said CCBA in Tanzania Acting General Manager, Jonathan Jooste.

“Our people are driven to make an impact, they are passionate about learning and committed to caring for others,” he added.

Jooste said the company has a people-first culture that ensures exceptional professional development for its valued employees. The firm aims to nurture potential, attract and retain high-performing talent and invest in growth.

“We empower individuals to thrive and our certification as a top employer reflects the strength of our commitment to being an employer of choice for professionals with a desire to learn and grow,” Jooste said, congratulating both leaders and colleagues for making the recognition possible.
