Azania Bank launches digital banking platform

CLIENTS of Azania Bank Limited can now enjoy a seamless, secure and convenient banking experience thanks to the launching of a digital platform that integrates mobile, internet, agent and WhatsApp banking.

Speaking in Dar es Salaam on Monday during the launch of the platform, the bank’s project manager for Azania Digital Platform, Vinesh Davda said the service will improve customer experience while promoting financial inclusion across the country.

“As we launch this state-of-the-art digital banking platform, we aim to raise standards of banking in Tanzania,” Davda said while noting that the new service will also align with the government’s financial inclusion agenda for the country.

“Our customers deserve banking solutions that are accessible, efficient and secure, which this new system delivers exactly that. By embracing technology, we are not just enhancing customer experiences but also contributing to growth of the digital economy,” he underlined.
