CCM led government to honor late Magufuli through diligent work
CCM Secretary-General of the ruling CCm Dr. Emmanuel John Nchimbi, has affirmed that the ongoing efforts by President Samia Suluhu Hassan are a fitting tribute to Magufuli's memory.
Dr Nchimbi made the statement during a prayer session at Magufuli’s grave in Chato, Geita Region commended the completion of several projects in Geita Region and Chato District that were initiated by the late Magufuli.
He emphasised the importance of sustaining Magufuli’s legacy through diligent work and ongoing projects.
Dr Nchimbi underscored that President Samia's work—especially the continuation and completion of development projects initiated during Magufuli’s tenure—is a testament to honoring the late leader's vision. 
Key projects include the Standard Gauge Railway (SGR) and the Mwalimu Nyerere Hydropower Dam, with substantial funds allocated for development in Chato District.
Earlier, during the reception of his convoy entering Geita Region from Kagera Region, Dr Nchimbi urged locals to uphold Magufuli’s work ethic as a way of honoring his legacy.
In his visit to Magufuli’s resting place, accompanied by CCM Central Committee members, Nchimbi expressed appreciation for Magufuli's contributions to the party and the nation.
He also extended condolences to Magufuli’s family and visited his mother, Suzana Musa Magufuli.
Ambassador Nchimbi, along with his delegation, began a three-day tour of the Geita Region.
