In celebration of Customer Service Week, Tigo Tanzania has announced plans to continue offering top-notch services to its customers.

Speaking yesterday in Dar es Salaam, the company's Chief Commercial Officer, Isaack Nchunda, highlighted that Tigo is marking 30 years of operations in Tanzania and is focused on increasing efficiency to maintain its position as the leading provider of mobile services.

“This Customer Service Week is an opportunity for us to engage with our customers. These 30 years of service have been a great achievement. We have strengthened our infrastructure, especially in the 4G and 5G networks, and we are proud to continue delivering excellent service,” Nchunda said.

He also praised the favorable business environment in Tanzania, which has allowed the company to offer high-quality services to Tanzanians.

Marketing Director Edwardina Mgendi added that this year’s celebration will give customers a chance to experience the company’s journey since it began operations in the country.

“We are excited to be leading in delivering services that align with the real lives of Tanzanians,” she said.
