Jubilee Health Tanzania has unveiled an innovative online portal designed exclusively for its intermediaries, to enhance efficiency by simplifying data management, generating quotations, and providing seamless access to essential tools for better client service.
The portal dubbed: ‘J. FORCE’ was launched recently in Dar es Salaam engaging other stakeholders such as banks and Insurance brokers.
Wilbroaad Mweiro, the Head of Retail and Branch Networks at Jubilee Health Tanzania, emphasized that the portal was developed as a strategic response to the ongoing challenges in managing, safeguarding and storing data effectively.
“This portal represents a significant step forward in addressing the persistent challenges we’ve faced in managing, safeguarding, and securely storing data. It’s a tool designed to enhance efficiency, improve operations, and empower our agents to serve clients better,” he said.
He added: “This portal is designed to revolutionize how agents handle their daily tasks, offering a streamlined system for generating quotations and managing client information. By simplifying these processes, the platform aims to improve productivity while delivering a more seamless and reliable experience for both agents and customers.”
According to him, the new platform allows agents to effortlessly access clients' renewal details and send automated reminders, removing the need for manual tracking.
