EAST Africa's renowned business conglomerate, Karimjee Group, has unveiled a new service station, Auto Inc., which is set to revolutionize the automotive service industry in Tanzania.

Strategically designed to deliver a modern, comprehensive approach to vehicle care, Auto Inc. aims to make premium services both accessible and convenient for all.

The station represents a fully integrated network of state-of-the-art service centers and retail outlets, catering to every vehicle need under one roof.

“We are thrilled to introduce Auto Inc. to the public. After months of preparation and effort, we are confident that this venture will set a new benchmark in automotive care across Tanzania,” said Amit Singh, National Director at Auto Inc.

 The center offers a wide range of services, including advanced computerized diagnostics, major and minor vehicle maintenance, battery checks and replacements, tire services, wheel alignment, wheel balancing, air conditioning servicing, and prompt auto part replacements.

 Additionally, Auto Inc. provides a comprehensive roadside assistance service available through a toll-free number, offering on-the-spot support for minor repairs, lock-out assistance, flat tire changes, and battery jump-starts or replacements.

 To celebrate the launch, the company is offering two exclusive promotions. Customers can access engine oil services starting from just 50,000/- (VAT inclusive), which includes engine oil, an oil filter change, and labour costs.

 Additionally, customers who purchase four Goodyear, Otani, or Armstrong tires will receive free wheel alignment, wheel balancing, and nitrogen air with their purchase.
