Infinity Developments, a subsidiary of Dubai-based Infinity Group, is set to unveil the most luxurious resort in Africa: the Anantara Zanzibar Resort. Scheduled for completion in 2027, this $230 million project will transform the pristine shores of Nungwi with its opulent offerings.

Construction of the Anantara Zanzibar Resort will begin at the end of October, marking the start of what promises to be the continent’s most extravagant destination.

 The resort will feature 110 meticulously designed hotel rooms and suites, along with 94 high-end apartments and villas available for purchase. These residences will not only provide stunning homes but also offer full access to the resort’s extensive amenities.

As Zanzibar emerges as one of the fastest-growing travel destinations globally, there is a rising demand for luxury accommodations. The Anantara Zanzibar Resort, alongside the Four Seasons project in Pongwe, aims to cater to this niche market. The influx of high-end tourism is expected to drive economic growth, create local jobs, and increase government revenue.

Scheduled to debut in Nungwi's tranquil coastal setting, the Anantara Zanzibar Resort is more than just a luxury getaway; it’s a symbol of world-class excellence and innovation.
