15 foreign universities to showcase in Arusha.

OVER fifteen universities from abroad are expected to participate in the exhibition that is expected to be held this Saturday in Arusha.

The one-day exhibition will be held on the 27th at the Four Point by Sheraton Hotel formerly known as New Arusha on Saturday this July.

The Director of Global Education Link (GEL), Abdulmalik Mollel, said that they started holding exhibitions in Zanzibar from the 15th  to the 21st of this month adding that the demand for overseas opportunities has been increasing for students.

He said that after finishing the Zanzibar exhibition, GEL held another exhibition in Dar es Salaam, but due to the high demand in other regions, they have organized another one in Arusha.

"The exhibitions in Zanzibar were very successful and many students attended, so when we saw that the demand is high, we decided to do it in Arusha on Saturday so that many students can get the opportunity to study various courses in abroad universities," he said.

He said that the students who will participate in the exhibition will get all the information about universities abroad and those who want to be admitted will get admission right away.

"Students, parents, and guardians should use this opportunity to meet representatives of foreign universities from the UK,  Canada, India, Cyprus, China, Iran, and many others will participate, so students should come in large numbers. We will open the exhibition early in the morning and we will close it in the evening so let's arrange ourselves and  let's meet in Arusha," he said

The (GEL) General Manager, Regina Lema said they have had a long-term campaign of foreign university exhibitions where they started in the islands of Zanzibar.

"I would like to invite the residents of the northern region to come to the exhibition of foreign universities so that they can see the various opportunities available and there will be on sports admission for those who need to study abroad," said Regina

"There will be 15 foreign universities and there will be a 100 percent scholarship opportunity for Iranian universities, so we at GEL see this as a rare opportunity that all students should take advantage of," she said.

In addition, she said they started the exhibition in Zanzibar from the 15th to the 21 of July, and on the 23rd and 24th similar exhibitions were held at the Johari Rotana Hotel in Dar es Salaam.

"This is a continuation of foreign university exhibitions, we started in Zanzibar, we came to Dar es Salaam and now we are heading to Arusha on Saturday at Four Point by Sheraton, this is a great opportunity we should not miss," she said.
