Simba`s assistant coach, Jamhuri Kihwelu `Julio`, has been entrusted with the task of registering new players for the Mainland\'s next Premier League.

The club`s assistant treasurer, Chano Almas said in Dar es Salaam that their coach, Milovan Cirkovic who is on leave, left some proposals for the registration process of players, which will be used by Julio to accomplish the task.

He said Cirkovic floated a proposal of leaving out some players who have been injured and their replacement taken by others identified in other clubs during the premier league. He did not name them.

``The coach left a directive and this will be implemented by Julio because he was involved in reaching the decision,`` Almas said.

He named the injured players who Cirkovic suggested should be dropped as Nurdin Bakari, Nassor Salum `Cholo` and Victor Costa. However, all except Costa have recovered.

``…Yes, we are supposed to respect the coach`s recommendations but Cholo and Nurdin have already recovered except Costa, `` Almas said.

Simba who performed poorly in this year`s premier league resulting in taking the third berth, carried out its registration exercise through selling on credit four of their players and at the same time dropping others including Said Kokoo who refused to be sold on credit to Mtibwa Sugar.
