Villa Squad assistant coach Riziki Shawa `Msolopa` claims that his team has been performing poorly in the on-going Vodacom Premier League due to players` laziness.

The newly promoted team has one point from five games - one draw and four losses.``Most of our players are not serious with their training while some of them have been always reporting late in training ground. That is why we fail to perform well,`` he said.

He said they would no longer field players who do not take training seriously.

``Iddi Moshi is the only player who has so far shown discipline and commitment,`` he added.

The team will play Azam in their next match on October 1 at Dar es Salaam’s National Stadium.
