`NIRVANA` returns with a new look

Nirvana, your most aspiring programme on East Africa Television (EATV), is back. The public will start viewing it this evening from 7pm.
A producer of the programme says that the improved NIRVANA is going to be energetic, exciting and appealing to viewers as it is going to have advanced content, in-depth features with wide coverage of the East African countries - Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda and Zanzibar.
She says the new NIRVANA will travel to Kampala (Uganda), Nairobi (Kenya) and Zanzibar to feature fashions, arts, beauty and lifestyles of the people in the cities.
``This time around we are going to feature both women`s and men`s fashions and cosmetics, a departure from the last season when we focused mostly on women.
We have made changes to meet the demands of our viewers. I hope they will love and enjoy it very much,`` she says.
It is going to be a stimulating show which will attract a lot of followers including those who are untargeted.
The aim of the programme is to show the lifestyles of the movers and shakers in the region to those who are not, with a view to making them aspire to reach the heights of the well-to-do, the producer adds.
Abby is still the presenter of the show. She promises to do marvelous after spending six months on maternity leave.
``We have a lot of able staff, which will keep our viewers stay tuned throughout the show,`` she says.
