No deal yet in `Katiba` talks
Talks aimed at resolving the impasse surrounding the resumption of the Constituent Assembly (CA) next week could not bear fruits as until we went to press no deal was struck between the conflicting sides. According to sources, leaders of forming the Coalition of People’s Constitution (Ukawa) forum and Chama Cha Mapinduzi under Registrar of Political Parties Judge Francis Mutungi’s mediation had reached no agreement by 7pm.
