New optimism for Dar`s Mabwepande residents
Fatuma Chaborika (44) is among Mabwepande settlers who still live in shacks hurriedly erected using materials donated by government and private agencies following the December 21, 2011, flash floods in Dar es Salaam. Others reside in tents on plots allocated in time after the floods.

Death penalty should not be abolished
