Former Prime Minister Judge (rtd) Joseph Sinde Warioba, who chaired the Constitutional Review Commission whose recommendations have triggered heated debate in the Constituent Assembly in Dodoma.
Warioba warns on Constitution
The stand-off in the Constituent Assembly could end up giving Tanzanians a Constitution that will be useful for only a few years. This was said by the Constitutional Review Commission Chairman retired Justice Joseph Warioba in Dar es Salaam yesterday when he delivered a keynote.

85 pct of child cancer cases untreated - ORCI
Out of 2000 child cancer cases recorded annually, only 300 access health services while the rest (85 percent) are left to die of the disease due to poverty and ignorance. Prof Twalib Ngoma Executive Director of Ocean Road Cancer Institute (ORCI) said the country has very few experts.
