Chairman of NCCR-Mageuzi James Mbatia

President Jakaya Kikwete has picked opposition leader James Mbatia as Member of Parliament. Mbatia, who is the National Chairman of NCCR-Mageuzi, is one of the three newly-nominated MPs. Other nominees are Prof Sospeter Muhongo and Janet Mbene. They were appointed in accordance with Article 66 (i)(e) of the Union Constitution.
